This web site is
dedicated to leadership. To come up with a leadership definition, we believe you must first see what it takes to be a leader.
One can only do this through studying the various examples, studying text and trying to make sense of what all this information
is telling us. Throughout this web site we will be talking about various components of leadership in terms of leadership characteristics
and leadership styles. We will be focussing on three great leaders of our time, namely Muhammad Yunus, Jack Welch and Tony
Blair, each an incredibly amazing leader within their own arena. We will be referring to Jack, Muhammad and Tony throughout
the website to demonstrate how these leaders display the many qualities which are written in text and real life situations.
We will start with the biographies of the three leaders in order to try and understand what made them who they are and the
type of leader they are. We will then talk about three important facets of leadership in detail which are vision and passion,
locus of control and creativity. We will finally put all our learning into practise by analysing the type of leader our respective
bosses would be through a short interview with Robert Costa, Director of the Department of Workplace Relations.
